We don’t just do CRO audits but work together with our clients to understand how to implement better designs and optimise content in order to make their websites perform better.
CRO is designed to increase conversion rates so we of course measure the conversion rate of our clients’ website site (before and after CRO implementation). But in order to understand the bigger picture we also look at other stats such as user feedback, brand sentiments, bounce rates, time on site and content flow.
