Gathering information from key stakeholders is a crucial part of the planning process. In our experience, customers, internal staff and key stakeholders are often privy to useful information and/or user insights. This information can be granular, but these seemingly minor details will often be the originators of important ideas.
We may host anywhere from 1 to 4 initial workshops, depending on the size of the project, but work closely with our clients to build attendance lists and agendas. We use a tried and tested methodology to run the workshops, engage the audience and gain the most useful feedback.
