Email Marketing

The Most Direct Line to Your Customer, If You Don't Waste It.

The Most Valuable Audience Is Already on Your List.

Most businesses either don’t email their customers at all, or do it pretty badly. And these are leads they’ve already got or already paid for. Weekly newsletters nobody asked for. Generic blasts to the entire list. “Just checking in” follow-ups that get archived without being opened. Promotional emails that look like they were designed in 2014 and read like they were written by committee.

Your customers’ inboxes are full. Getting in is easy. Getting read is hard. Getting someone to actually do something is harder still. And yet email is still one of the highest-returning marketing channels going. Because you’re talking directly to people who’ve already raised their hand. You control the message. You control the timing. And you’re not competing with every other business in your industry for the same eyeballs.

The businesses that win at email aren’t sending more. They’re sending better. The right message, to the right person, triggered by something that person actually did. That’s the difference between email that gets deleted and email that gets results.

What email marketing looks like when someone's thought it through

Automated sequences that do the work for you.
Someone fills in a form on your website. They get a welcome email immediately. Three days later, a follow-up with a relevant case study. A week after that, an invitation to book a call. All of it happens automatically, triggered by their actions, personalised to their situation. Set it up once and it keeps working in the background while you run your business.

Targeted campaigns, not mass blasts.
Your entire list doesn’t need the same message. Someone who enquired last week is in a different place to someone who bought from you six months ago. Segmentation means each group gets communication that’s relevant to where they are. That’s how open rates go up and unsubscribes go down.

2

Follow-ups that convert warm leads.
The majority of leads don’t convert on first contact. They need a second touch, a third, sometimes a fifth. Most businesses let those leads go cold because nobody has time to follow up manually. Automated follow-up sequences keep your business in front of people who’ve already shown interest, without you lifting a finger.

Re-engagement that brings people back.
Customers go quiet. It happens. A well-timed re-engagement email to someone who hasn’t opened in three months can bring them back into the fold. Not with a desperate discount. With something useful, relevant, or timely enough to remind them why they signed up in the first place.

4

Copy that sounds like a person wrote it.
Nobody engages with an email that reads like a press release. The emails we write sound like they came from a real human being at your business. Conversational, clear, and written with one goal in mind: getting the reader to take the next step.

5

Reporting that shows what's working.
Open rates, click rates, and conversions broken down by campaign and sequence. Which emails are driving action and which ones need reworking. Plain language, focused on the numbers that actually tell you something useful.

6

Getting into the inbox in the first place.
None of this matters if your emails land in spam or the promotions tab. There’s a technical side to email that most businesses never think about: domain authentication, sender reputation, list hygiene, warm-up sequences for new sending domains. We handle all of it. Because the best email in the world is worthless if it never gets seen.

Heard Enough?

How We Work

It starts with mapping out the customer journey. Where do people come in? What do they need to hear at each stage? Where are the gaps where leads are falling through?

From there, the sequences and campaigns are built. Copy written, automation configured, segmentation set up. Everything is reviewed with you before it goes live.

Once it’s running, performance is tracked and reported. What’s getting opened, what’s getting clicked, what’s converting. Sequences that underperform get reworked. What’s working gets built on.

Common Questions

What platform do you use?
We work across MailerLite, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Kit, Zoho, and others. The right platform depends on your business, your budget, and what you need it to do. If you're already on something, we can likely work with it. If you're starting fresh, we'll recommend the best fit.
I already have an email list but I'm not doing anything with it.
That's more common than you'd think, and it's a good starting point. An existing list of real contacts who've opted in is valuable. We can build sequences and campaigns around what you've already got.
How often should I be emailing my list?
It depends on what you're sending. A useful, targeted email once a fortnight will outperform a generic blast every three days. Frequency matters less than relevance. People are far more likely to unsubscribe because the content isn't relevant than because it arrives too often.
Can you write the emails for me?
Yes. Strategy, copy, and setup are all part of the service. If you want to review and approve before anything sends, that's built into the process.
What about spam filters?
Deliverability is a big part of what we do. Domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sender reputation monitoring, list hygiene, and content that doesn't trigger filters. We test inbox placement and actively manage the technical side so your emails actually arrive where they're supposed to. Choosing the right sending platform is part of that equation too.
Will this work with my other marketing?
That's where it works best. Email plugs into everything else. Someone clicks a Google Ad but doesn't convert? Retarget them with an email sequence. Published a new blog post? Email your list. Running a promotion? Email drives the first wave of traffic. It's the glue that holds the rest of your marketing together.
